Roing is a census town in Lower Dibang Valley district in the India state of Arunachal Pradesh. As of 2001 India census, Roing had a population of 10,106. Males constitute 57% of the population and females 43%. Roing has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 79%, and female literacy is 66%.
